FAQ

I got a new phone. Are my records still there?
If you are a Pro user with iCloud backup on, install the app on the new phone and restore purchases — the app will ask whether you want to bring back the cloud copy.
The free version has no iCloud backup. Exporting a JSON from the settings page regularly is recommended.

I reinstalled and Pro is gone
Open the shop page and tap “Restore purchases”. Anything bought comes back on its own — you will not be charged again.

I want a refund
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund from Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

I missed a few days. Does the tree reset?
No. The tree’s size is your accumulated years, not a streak. Missed days simply didn’t grow anything; what has grown never shrinks back.

Can I export my data?
Yes. The settings page has an export that produces a JSON file.
